Making sure that your product arrives promptly and safely is extremely important to us. To ship our products we use the courier service of Australia Post as well as an Australia Wide Courier Service.
Due to distance and parcel size we are currently only shipping selected items outside of Australia. New Zealand customers can add items to the cart and shipping will be calculated for you. Please note NZ customers are not required to pay GST, this amount will be deducted from your order total. For all other coutries outside Australia and New Zealand, please feel free to email us with your order request and delivery address and we will provide a delivery quote for you.
In most instances your parcel will be dispatched within 24 business hours of your payment being made. Delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days for Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory and Victoria. Delivery time to South Australia and Western Australia is approximately 3-4 business days. Please note this is only a guide, delivery to remote areas may take up to 7 business days. In some instances delivery will occur faster than the time frames stipulated above. If purchasing for a gift or birthday please allow enough time for delivery.
Our couriers deliver between 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday. If no one will be home during these hours we ask for an alternate address to be provided. When you can accept parcels to a work address this is preferable. We can deliver to PO Boxes. Where applicable our courier can leave your parcel at your front or back door if safe to do so however you must request this when placing your order. Where parcels are left unattended we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage. If you enter the incorrect shipping address we cannot accept any liability for loss or damage and are not responsible for re-postage. Any costs for re-postage is the responsibility of the consumer.
If you are not home when our couriers attempt delivery you will left a delivery slip that you will have to collect the parcel from our couriers. If the parcel remains uncollected it will be sent back to The Makeup Box Shop. The Makeup Box Shop will then re-charge the customer for redelivery of the item.
Tracking your parcel
You will be provided a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can track your parcel online should you wish to follow its journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the details to be loaded about your parcel.
