How much is delivery?

Delivery for orders over $40 is free for orders within Australia. Delivery on orders less than $40 is $10.95.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. You can track your order here

How long until my order arrives?

Your order will be packed by our team in QLD once your order has been placed and typically dispatch your item the following business day. During peak periods it may take 48 hours from payment before your order is despatched. No orders are sent over the weekend.

Below are the transit times;

QLD: 1-3 days

NSW: 2-3 days

VIC: 3- 4 days

SA: 3-5 days

WA: 5-6 days

What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

Your order will be returned to your local Australia Post for collection with identification if no one is home to collect your parcel. You can nominate to leave your parcel somewhere safe if no one is home, during the checkout process however there is no cover if your item goes missing from the location where you ask for it to be left.

Can you send my item via express post?

Yes, we can. If you would like to know the charges for express post, please email us along with your delivery address and the item you wish to purchase and we can let you know the cost for express delivery.

What ways can I make payment?

We accept payment via our secure gateway with your Visa or Mastercard. We also accept payment by paypal or direct deposit into our bank account or Afterpay is an option for orders $50 and over.

Currently we are operating online only.

Do you deliver internationally?

Due to large parcel size we are unable to ship outside of Australia and New Zealand at this time. Currently, we are only shipping selected items to NZ. NZ customers can click here for further information.

Do you accept returns?

If you wish to return your item, please contact us by email

Return postage charges are to be paid by you, the customer. A restocking fee of $6 applies for all returns. Only when an item has been returned in its original packaging can we process your refund less the restocking fee.
